Terms & Conditions – Assets Accumulators

Welcome to Assets Accumulators ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

We offer online educational courses related to investments, online trading, online business, marketing, social media, and artificial intelligence (AI). These courses are provided on a subscription basis at a monthly fee of €24.97.

2. Subscription, Payment & Cancellation Policy

a. Subscription Fees:

Subscriptions are billed monthly at a rate of €24.97.

b. Non-Refundable Payments:

All payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation, in accordance with European Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU), as transposed into national laws in Cyprus (Law 133(I)/2013) and Greece (Law 2251/1994).

c. Immediate Access & Waiver of Right to Withdraw:

By subscribing to our services and completing the payment, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content (educational materials) and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (υπαναχώρηση) under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Once access to the platform is granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, even if you decide not to use the service.

d. Cancellation of Future Subscriptions:

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle, and you will retain access until the end of the paid period. You will not receive a refund for the current month.

3. Educational Purpose Only

The content provided through our platform is strictly for educational purposes.

We are not financial advisors, and no content or material provided should be considered financial or investment advice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Assets Accumulators and is protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

5. User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

7. Violation of Terms

If you violate these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.Deny access to our services permanently.Take legal action if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or reliance on its content. Use the information at your own discretion and risk.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes will be communicated via the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Cyprus Courts.
